Please provide us with a drawing of your top with a contact telephone number. We will price your enquiry and contact you by return with a complete delivered to site price with no hidden extras.

If you accept our proposal then a deposit of 50% is required to secure the order then the other 50% is payable on the day of dispatch.

Due to products being made to order, please allow approximately two weeks from receipt of deposit to completion of your order. A delivery date will be agreed prior to accepting your order and honoured. 

Hardwood Flooring

Please provide us with a drawing of your room including all relevant measurements or simply a complete area measurement in m2 for the flooring required stating your choice of timber and contact telephone number.

We will price your order and contact you by return. Our quotation will give you a complete delivered to site price with no hidden extras. If you accept our proposal then a deposit of 50% is required to secure the order then the other 50% is payable on the day of delivery. Please allow approximately two weeks from receipt of deposit to required date of delivery. This is only a rough guide dependent on stock levels. A firm delivery date will be agreed prior to accepting your order and honoured. 

Deliveries

Due to the materials used in the manufacture of our products, weight is a consideration for the delivery drivers, therefore we ask that there is someone available to help with the unloading of your products. This also gives you the perfect opportunity to inspect the goods for damage or loss in transit which unfortunately does occur from time to time. If reported at the time of delivery the order can be returned immediately and/or replacements can be dispatched the same day to complete your order and cause least impact to your deadlines.
